Field Supervisor

Dick came to AER to take part in solving the world’s energy problems and now leads our field crews in the installation and repair of our renewable energy systems. His friends describe him as easy-going, level-headed, and always positive - qualities that served him well in one of his previous jobs as a ski patrol supervisor and that translate well to his present job with us: trouble-shooting in the field and communicating with our customers.

His 25-year career in landscaping and carpentry taught Dick the importance of maintaining a high degree of quality throughout the building and finishing process and the importance of extreme customer satisfaction. Dick earned his B.S. in Plant and Soil Service from UVM.

True to his native Vermont roots, Dick fills his time with the things he loves most about his home state: skiing, hiking, biking and spending time on Lake Champlain with his family. He lives in Hinesburg with his wife Cynthia and their “three great kids” Celina, Bronwen and Quentin, and a menagerie that currently includes 3 cats, 2 dogs and 2 horses.
