Maine Beer Company co-owner Dan Kleban and his brother both had day jobs when they decided to start their own brewery. They wanted to start a new chapter and create something that was their own, but they knew that if they were going to do it, they were going to do it the right way, so they could go home at the end of the day and say, "We did something better for our community--we made good beer."
