AllEarth Renewables has announced the hiring of Phil Pouech as its director of operations. Pouech, who joins the company’s management team, will oversee manufacturing and operations for the award-winning Vermont-based solar tracker manufacturer.
Pouech comes to AllEarth Renewables with more than 35 years of manufacturing and management experience. A leader in lean manufacturing, he has spent a career establishing award-winning metal finishing facilities, improving efficiencies, and reducing waste in production processes.
Pouech earned a bachelor’s of science in environmental science from Unity College. He serves on the Hinesburg Selectboard and is a Vermont Leadership Graduate from the Snelling Center.
