Professional service for your AllEarth Solar Tracker from those who know it best.

From initial design through years of operation, AllEarth Solar Trackers are built to supply high performance with minimal operating and maintenance requirements. Trackers do not require much maintenance and operate with little to no down-time for servicing.

With over 30 years of experience in renewable energy, and 15+ years manufacturing and servicing solar trackers, we’ve seen it all and know how to fix any technical issues related to your tracker. Our local Vermont team is on hand to support with preventative maintenance and can attend to you quickly if issues do arise.

Annual Inspections

During the course of your agreement, AllEarth’s trained professionals will complete ongoing preventative maintenance to keep your system performing to its highest potential. Annual Inspections typically occur within 9-15 months from your previous inspection.

    Customer Support

    We’re here to help! During regular business hours, our technical support team is available to answer your questions and for timely diagnosis of any issues. If you need onsite assistance, a trained professional will arrive at your location to fix the problem.

    Maintenance & repairs

    One stop service for all system components. Our dedicated and experienced renewable energy team will handle routine service and trouble-shooting for your system and its components. We’re fully stocked with everything and anything your Tracker might need. By signing up to our Operations & Maintenance plan, you will receive priority over non-O&M customers for any tracker maintenance or repair needs.

    System Monitoring

    View your tracker’s daily, monthly, and annual solar generation through our Energy Reports page on our website. With a maintenance agreement in place, our team will actively monitor both the generation and performance using additional data available to us to identify any potential problems. Through system monitoring, we often identify problems with Trackers before you do, which allows for more prompt troubleshooting and system updates.

    Our Operations & Maintenance plan covers the maintenance and repair support and servicing of your Tracker.

    What’s included:

    • All labor & travel costs for repairs and maintenance

    • Preventative maintenance (e.g. greasing, etc.)
    • System monitoring
    • Customer support

    Warranty

    Your tracker, at the time of installation, automatically came with our limited warranty. Our warranty covers specific parts and components of the Tracker itself. Our Warranty covers specified parts and components of the Tracker itself.

    What’s included:

    • Warranty for parts only (not labor).
    • After 10 years, customers must pay for replacement parts even if they have an O&M agreement.
