Dual Axis

Net Metering

Photovoltaic Panels

The Bifacial Advantage

In these places, winter snow reflects extra sunlight onto the panels, and the low-angle sunlight is better captured by moving panels. Data from two years of testing in Vermont backs this up, showing that bifacial solar panels generated 14% more electricity per year than regular one-sided panels and up to 40% more in the winter.
