MEET OUR TEAM
David Blittersdorf
President / CEO
To describe David as passionate about renewable energy is a huge understatement. Born and raised in Pittsford, Vermont, he graduated from the University of Vermont in 1981. A year later he founded NRG Systems, and grew it into a successful manufacturer of measurement instruments for the global wind energy industry. After twenty-two years, he stepped down as CEO of NRG to found AllEarth Renewables, a company offering solar, wind and transportation solutions to help prepare humanity for future energy constraints. Today, David is involved in all aspects of AllEarth Renewables’ day-to-day operations. He also serves on the boards of several energy-focused institutions at the national and state levels, including the Post Carbon Institute and Vermont Businesses for Social Responsibility. He holds a BS in mechanical engineering from the University of Vermont, and an honorary PhD from Wentworth Institute of Technology.
Evan Blittersdorf
Sales Director
Evan collaborates with the sales team, helping guide the vision and strategy for sales, combining his background in business development and customer/sales support. Evan also works with new and existing PPA (Power Purchase Agreement) customers in entering and navigating their PPAs with AllEarth. His background is both local and international. Evan grew up in Vermont, immersed in the world of renewable energy, and spent time living and studying in South Korea. In his work as the Sales Director, he keeps an eye on both global and local trends, to assist AllEarth in its mission of creating a sustainable energy future for Vermont and beyond.
Paul Gustafson
Technical Support
Paul provides technical support for AllEarth Customers, supplying technical information before, during and after production installation. Paul’s previous experience includes providing technical support and training for energy-saving products such as tankless water heaters, heat pump water heaters, and geothermal systems. In addition, Paul has worked as a residential energy auditor, advising homeowners on energy-saving measures to minimize homeowners’ impacts on the environment and lower energy costs.
Stephania Zelinski
Sales Engineer
Stephania Zelinski joined AllEarth as our Sales Engineer in 2023. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with a physics major from SUNY Plattsburgh. Stephania brings high technical and interpersonal skills to AllEarth customers on both in-state direct sales and in our dealer network outside of Vermont, and her background and training give her strong ability to work with the engineering and manufacturing teams at AllEarth.
Caleb Elder
Sales Account Manager
Caleb rejoined the AllEarth team in 2024, after having previously served as a Sales Account Manager for us from 2008 until 2014. Caleb has strong and diverse technical and field experience in the solar industry to complement his sales and regulatory knowledge. An Addison County native, he holds a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies from Middlebury College and served as a member of the Vermont House of Representatives from 2018 to 2024.
Jess Crosby
Controller
Jessica joined AllEarth in 2025 and is a highly skilled accounting professional with over 15 years of experience in managing financial operations. Having worked in multiple industries, including prior solar experience, she specializes in overseeing billing, complex reconciliations, and has a strong background in process improvements. As a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), she is committed to maintaining integrity and transparency in financial reporting. She holds a Bachelor’s in Business with a concentration in Accounting from Vermont State University.
David Mullett
General Counsel
David advocates for AllEarth on state and federal legislative and regulatory matters, and offers internal support to AllEarth in his role as General Counsel. He is honored to apply his many years of experience in energy law to advance the mission of AllEarth, and in support of the steps that must be taken – now – to meaningfully address climate change.
