Leasing to AllEarth Renewables for a solar project is one way landowners can be part of the renewable revolution and realize some income from their land. Because our dual axis solar trackers are so much more efficient than fixed ground mount systems, typical AllEarth projects require less than two acres of land, and sometimes as little as one-tenth of an acre!
As a landowner entering into a long-term lease with AllEarth, you’ll receive an annual payment under the lease, as well as the option to buy the project after five years at only 50% of the original installation price.
